This high-end spec home in Gold Canyon, AZ is exceptional. Every aspect of it was created to impress, ensuring this home would stand-out to potential buyers once completed.

For builder CBC Construction, one of the biggest objectives for this project was having an impressive entertainment center area. The front room was so large that it called for something dramatic that would make a statement, but also wouldn’t overpower the room.

Enter Showplace dealer Timberline Cabinetry, who suggested a design that would incorporate a large TV above a fireplace, concealed by barn doors. The project was initially bid by another cabinet maker they had used in the past, but the project cost was too expensive. Then wood kitchen cabinets from mid-priced Showplace was bid and the costs came in just right.

The builder was extremely happy with the way it all came together with Showplace Cabinetry. He especially liked the quality of finish, noting the stained gray kitchen cabinets are very consistent throughout the home; the Showplace cabinets also complemented many other unique aspects of the home.
