Every cabinet company has a goal to deliver great service and a high quality product—a goal that is completely impossible without people at every level of that company who genuinely care about what they do.
We believe that’s what makes Showplace different from the other guys—we know that our people care about this company and take personal pride in what they do. We hear from visitors that they experience a “family friendliness” wherever they go in our plants and offices. Our business was built on relationships, from the founding team to the first plant employees—many of whom are still on the job, helping newcomers get the job done and connect with the Showplace family.
Maintaining those relationships is a vital part of our commitment to the future of this company. We all know about the labor shortage in America today and the value of caring, well trained, dedicated employees.
